Okanagan College Faculty Association (OCFA)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The OC Faculty Association represents more than 300 faculty members of Okanagan College spread across multiple campuses including Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon and Salmon Arm. The OCFA serves to maintain and promote the professional status of the members of the Association, to regulate relations between faculty and OC through collective bargaining, and to function as a trade union pursuant to the laws of British Columbia. The OCFA is a member of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators of British Columbia (FPSE), and is affiliated with the Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT).<\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
